Liverpool are back level just before half-time thanks to Alexis Mac Allister.
The Reds did not have the best of starts to the game but turned up in the last 15 minutes of the first-half.
In the 37th minute, Endo thought he had scored, only for the goal to be disallowed due to an offside ruling. However, just seven minutes later, Liverpool found the back of the net again, and this time it stood.
Young defender Quansah surged forward with the ball, carrying it all the way into the box before squaring it to Darwin Nunez.
Nunez showed excellent awareness to lay it off for Mac Allister first time, who unleashed a powerful shot. The World Cup winner’s effort took a slight deflection off Mainoo before beating Onana in goal.
