This summer’s transfer window could see Neymar follow Lionel Messi and leave Paris Saint-Germain but there are not many clubs that can afford the Brazilian superstar.
Barcelona have been linked to the PSG star this week but a move is unrealistic given their major financial issues.
The Premier League is the only destination that Neymar can arrive at if he wants to continue at the highest level and according to Relevo, Chelsea are the only club that could sign the 31-year-old during the upcoming transfer window.

Neymar started this campaign in incredible fashion and was one of the best-performing players in the world before the World Cup.
However, things have gone the other way since due to injury and the Brazil international has missed most of the second part of the campaign. The PSG board seemingly have enough of the forward and want him gone before next season begins.
The French club will struggle to ship him out as Chelsea are the only destination the superstar can land at.
