It looks like there’s no one left expecting West Ham United to be able to keep hold of Declan Rice in the upcoming summer transfer window.
The England international has rejected a new contract proposal from the Hammers and has been open about wanting to play in the Champions League, with big names like Arsenal and Chelsea linked with him in recent times.
And now, according to Fabrizio Romano, all parties expect Rice to be moving on for big money at the end of the season, as manager David Moyes has strongly hinted at with his quotes on the player’s price tag…

Moyes is surely preparing for Rice to leave, and has sent clubs a message with his quotes above.
Instead of ruling out the 24-year-old’s departure as he could have done, he seems to be sending a signal that he expects a deal to be done, as long as it’s on the club’s terms.
